Anyone in the general vicinity of Bryan / College Station, Texas that is willing to lease or rent their or a Diamond DA40? KCLL or K60R airports would be best.

I have ordered a DA40NG Tundra Star (perhaps only one in U.S., seems like just Russians have bought) that will arrive early in 2024, and I'll hangar at COmanche TX, center of state, about 2 hours from Austin. It will spend a lot of time in CO. Have had DA40 "rental partners" before. Currently there are none in area, I drive two hours to rent at San Angelo now. 2 DA40s there, rarely rented out; mainly a DA40 school with poor student pilots.
