Re: My Best GS
414kn over the ground at 51gph
Mach .53 (311 knots) TAS combined with 104 knot tailwind component in our Epic E1000 single-engine turboprop -- with a G1000 NXi/GFC700 very similar to Diamond's upcoming NXi Phase III -- on a nonstop flight from Austin, TX to the Washington, DC area in just over 3 hours.
Of course it took nearly 5 hours (requiring a fuel stop) a few days earlier to fly the same route in the opposite direction with headwinds.

Re: My Best GS
Alright Dave, from one SETP owner to another, that’s just not fair to post here! Lol
I really love the Epic and would love to fly one! I do love our M600 too … we are very fortunate to be able to fly all of these planes!
Cheers
