EAA Airventure 2022
Hi All,
I'll be coming all the way from downunder for Oshkosh 2022 - I'll be there Mon/Tue/Wed July 25/26/27.
Not flying in as that leg from Hawaii to the West coast is a little far @2200 nm Surprisingly the rest of the South Pacific from Australia to Hawaii is doable with standard fuel tanks - just the last leg is way to far.
If any other DA62 owners want to meet for a chat/coffee or beer you can contact me at email:
a330cnATgmailDOTcom DM me for phone number.
Cheers
Gordon

Re: EAA Airventure 2022
A couple decommissioned aircraft carriers properly placed could make that Hawaii route much more doable.

Re: EAA Airventure 2022
My turboprop plane partner and I will be at OSH arriving Wednesday July 27 and leaving on Sunday July 31. My DA62 is allegedly arriving in November. For those who are in OSH during that part of the week, I would also like to meet up!! I am already planning to do some hanging around the Diamond booth and visit with the Diamond and Premier folks.
Cheers

I actually got to take a cat shot (and and landing trap) as a passenger. It is, indeed, an experience.

Re: EAA Airventure 2022
For those attending this year, I've also started a thread in "Trips & Destinations" (to reach non-DA62 owners) about possibly getting together on Monday or Tuesday evening. Hope to see meet up with of you there!
