They do. The piece I was missing is the y-splitter for the audio.

You'd be hard-pressed to find an ANR headest that lacked provision for an auxiliary audio input cable. The only one I've ever had (and still have) is a Bose X. Even some passive devices, such as Clarity Aloft, have such a provision.
I've not been particularly interested in being able to provide music from a single input to multiple headsets. Anyone who would want to listen to music, audio books, games, etc. is free to pair with or (increasingly unlikely) plug their own device with their headset.
