A big box was delivered by Santa - in his 4-wheeled brown sleigh on 24Dec. After drooling over pics of the 2 blade Hartzell for months, I finally caved and purchased one from Ottosen - the last one in stock according to Hartzell. Hartzell is 6 month wait on a new order and this is best time in Michigan to schedule hangar work.
Overall, very pleased with the upgrade, I picked up about 3-5 knots in cruise in comparing to/from shop in Lapeer (3hrs for the upgrade).
I removed an MT prop / Cone with 330hrs on it - PM me if you are interested - great condition with no damage - looks new.
Upgrade to Hartzell CF

Re: Upgrade to Hartzell CF
Will the MT prop replace an aluminum Hartzell without need for a new governor or any other parts? Your new one looks awesome - that is what I wanted but just overhauled my aluminum due to price of yours (o/h a few years ago).
