Exhaust Gaskets for PowerFlow Maintenance
Where are you getting your replacement exhaust gaskets? Is anyone noticing differences in quality?

I've used the no-blow (77611) gaskets. My understanding is they do not need to be replaced on R&R. Try "Chief Aircraft" as a source.

I also use the "no-blo" kind.
FWIW, my A&P/IA recommends replacing the gaskets when you pull off the headers. They are pretty cheap by aviation standards, and exhaust leaks are obviously not desirable.

Re: Exhaust Gaskets for PowerFlow Maintenance
Thanks guys. Lubing the slip joints is on my list this fall. I have ~400 hours dry climate on this engine and the entire PF system still looks like new but from what others have experienced, I'm living on borrowed time
