Diamond group fly into Oshkosh? Maintenance clinic before?

Any interest in holding a half day Diamond Maintenance Workshop in afternoon/evening at the Diamond shop (which is very good) at Bolingbrook Airport (Southwest of Chicago, NOT in the Class B airspace) and then a group fly from there up to Oshkosh the next day (less than hour flight away)?
I've talked to owner there before and he'd be willing to do this for a nominal fee.
Inexpensive hotels/eateries nearby, and spouses could rent a car to get to Chicago or train into Chicago. Indeed, if spouse has no interest in Oshkosh (we tented at plane and got rained on 2 years ago), they could spend a day or two there and you pick them up back at Bolingbrook on way back.
Good launching point to fly up in AM to Oshkosh.
Not sure if we'd have enough planes to qualify for the group fly in status at Oshkosh (have never looked into this), but if not we could try to join the Konga line relatively intact?
If we do this, could also ask Diamond to set up a lunch for us at Oshkosh perhaps, or some activity there.

Given low interest level, will cancel this for 2012, but maybe leave poll up to see if any interest for 2013. Found out that need at least 30 planes to qualify for a fly in (like Bonanza's, Mooneys, Cessna's do). Also you have to do some training beforehand, and your group fly up must be before Oshkosh, EAA Venture starts, not during.

Welcome to the forum Dr. Miller. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can generate the numbers for a fly-in. A couple of years ago we got about a dozen Diamond owners together for lunch at Oshkosh. I hope we can get together this year. I also like the idea of a Diamond Maintenance seminar.

Florida fly-ins are more fun, provided there's no tornados :)
