In a similar theme to my previous post on USB's I am considering how to take in the audio output from an O2D2 unit. The newer 1360 Audio Panel has two music inputs which can either be Bluetooth or Wired. I can't find a DA62 G1000 manual with the GMA 1360 but assuming it will be similar to the DA50.
I am assuming that none of the 1360 equipped DA62 have come with any wired audio input ports. Looking at the circuit diagrams MUS1 & MUS2 are wired into the sat receiver on a GDL69 aircraft (which mine will be) presumably for XM Reception and Satellite Phone? A further challenge is that only one device can connect via bluetooth which for me would have to be foreflight or Skydemon for VFR. There are clearly workarounds using the audio input port on Bose headsets but that is a bit untidy. My only other thought for the O2D2 would be to have the ADF port wired to a socket somewhere?
Have I missed something or I am being too fussy?

No need to on the DA62. The O2D2 beep is so loud that you can hear it just fine, even using noise canceling headsets.

Hi Mike -
My iPhone for music (and ForeFlight back-up if needed) and iPad for ForeFlight work simultaneously on the Garmin G1000 NXi

Re: O2D2 and Wired Audio Ports
Thanks for the comments and manual downloads. Sounds like wired audio ports are a non issue although the manual does specifically state the audio panel will only accept one Bluetooth audio feed at once. ForeFlight uses the flightstream 510 for flightplan uploads and navigation (over Bluetooth) but I don’t think you can have phone audio and iPad Bluetooth audio at the same time.
Waiting for DA62-277

Re: O2D2 and Wired Audio Ports
FlightStream 510 and the GMA audio panel are completely separate devices, with their own bluetooth antennas. You can pair your iPad to the FS510 and your phone to the GMA. Independent stuff.
