I've not seen a panel like yours before. You don't have either the G1000 or the KI525. I would expect that your DG functions in a similar manner to the KI525 HSI interfacing with the autopilot.
With respect to heading, that'd be correct. When the 140 is in NAV mode it should be driven by the CDI. How does it behave when following an entered flight path in NAV mode? Specifically, ignoring heading for the moment, does it stay on course?
When im straight on line and i press nav with GPS, the plane is turning left, i would say 10-20 degress away from course and when hes to far away from course line , i get a msg in the gns 430 "Turn to course XXX" that im on line again.

There may be more than one problem. I've experienced 172s with the KAP140 deciding to turn to the left for no good reason. It's usually indicative of a problem with the turn coordinator input to the KAP. But in my DA40 I had flaky behavior on a couple of flights that was due to a loose connector in the rear of my HSI (which of course has the CDI built in) that I easily corrected.

Since you don't own the plane, you should write up the symptoms you're experiencing and try to get the owner (or whatever) to get it into an avionics shop.

This is an all-too-common downside of renting. The 172s I mentioned were 2 that were both rented from a FBO in Everett, WA. Rather than get the problems fixed, he simply had the APs disabled (circuit breakers zip-tied open) and labeled "inoperative" and they've been that way for years.
