Here for two days, went to have my wife fly with a local instructor, no good, plane was iffy.
Long shot and short notice: Anyone in the club that would like to fly and is at Innsbruck please message or email. We could pay for instruction, and fuel if legal. Not sure of regs here.
Also, ran into a nice gent with hull number 14 I think he said, original owner. Very cool.
Anyone near Innsbruck Austria?

Re: Anyone near Innsbruck Austria?
Well, what an incredible country Austria is, leaving the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol now for Interlaken, then back to Wiesbaden Germany before the cruise from Barcelona to Monaco for the Grand Prix. So, looks like my options to fly is Interlaken and Wiesbaden. Hmmmm
What an experience in Innsbruck. First of all it was a very old, I think converted with the 155 hp diesel. Took three long starts for it to catch. It shut off on its own. Then the ecu would not cycle. Was happy to get out unscathed! Lots of Stemme gliders on the field with a flying club. If you ever get a chance to visit this country you will want to stay!
