Awesome!

1) 2017 DA40NG in Europe
2) 3 (if it works with the NG as well)

DA62 already has powered Lemos next to the traditional dual plugs (i think that was a standard from the beginning)

I wondered about that when I checked the wiring diagram. It shows the LEMO plugs but I didn't know if they were standard or optional.

The diagram also shows that the 62s retain the Sennheiser power-tip capability. Are there any headsets out there that actually still use this?

For those of you with Lightspeed regular plug headsets, they told me they can convert them to LEMO for $150.

I heard back from David Clark as well, conversion should be possible, but they don't provide estimates without the unit. I will wait for the cable to be available to send mine in, since I won't be able to use it otherwise.

We'll keep everyone updated (likely via this thread) as Steve works this with the potential suppliers, who BTW have been quite responsive (one of the suppliers even made a semi-production mockup for our testing).

Does this apply only to Zulus or does it include, say Sierras? (Yeah, I have one of those also).

I would expect only Zulus, since LEMO is an option for Zulus but not Sierra.

It's also an option for Tangos but this is a failed product and the LEMO implementation looks kind of flaky. USB-power (which is standard) is a better way to go with these units.

Assuming I can get a LEMO adapter for my headset I'll get one. I have a Zulu, but I don't know which one and inside the battery case it just says "Zulu Series", good times. I will investigate.
