I bought a Bogart - DA 40 tow bar from Aircraft Spruce for $225. A line tech had the original one slip off and he fell. It did seem a little loose, but I am keeping it as a spare. The Bogart is excellent in my opinion.

+1 on the Bogart. The previous 2 designs from Diamond were both pretty lame and you can get this from Bogart direct.

Generally, for Diamond-specific parts I've had the best luck having my local Diamond SC contact Diamond and I order the parts through them. For me, this is Leading Edge in Bend, OR.

Also, Sandy, you might check the status of your aircraft registration. The N-number appears as cancelled last year.

I don’t know what a set of wheel pants costs but IIRC a quote we got a few years back from Diamond was over $2k for new nose gear fairing alone.

Sandy,
I have a Bogart tow bar with the round tow eye on the end. Sold my DA40 a few years ago when I bought my G36. Don't need it since I imagine tye DA62 uses a different tow bar. I'd be willing to sell it to you at a reasonable price for you. Call or text me if interested and I can get you some pics if interested. 775-225-0862.

I have a spare stock gust lock if you can't find one. PM me if you're interested.
