Wow, with their North/South runways they let you go overhead on a North/South direction. I've never been able to get overflight permission at MCO in any direction. It must still be pretty slow out there.

Yeah, it was pretty boring airspace that evening. They had me on a heading for weather from KVRB and left me on it until overhead KMCO before turning me back northeast toward KCRG [destination]

Departure from Kitty Hawk/First Flight - Though the real story was the very rough ride into an attempted landing/go around as I continued to float, and float - thinking the whole time that the Wright Brothers took years to fly 12 seconds and for the life of me I could not get my DA40 to land. Went around.
