Problem sending PM

Trying to send/reply to a PM. My response is marked and dated sent but still is in my outbox, not in my sent box.

Anyone else having issues? Any known solution?

This is typical behavior for phpBB. A message will stay in the Outbox until the recipient reads it, at which point it will move to your Sent box. So it's an indication of whether or not your message has been seen.

I believe it is so that you can delete a message before someone reads it.

I'm having a problem sending a PM. It does not show up in my sent messages and not in my outbox. Tried twice.

Same here. Sent DM but see the message I sent still stuck in outbox. Makes me seem rude as the responder to a direct personal inquiry to me which I assume the recipient has not seen.
