DA40 NG Block lease opportunity open in Bay Area

Hi all,

I'm looking for a block lease pilot for a 2019 DA40 NG to be located at CA35 (San Rafael) but may consider moving to Gnoss, KDVO. If you have a hangar at Gnoss, or even another airport nearby, there may also be an opportunity for you to keep in in your hangar during your block lease usage. Otherwise it will be hangared at CA35, or possibly on the ramp at KDVO until a hangar becomes available.

Hoping to find an experienced pilot looking for about 50 flight hours per year wanting to fly a DA40 NG, without the huge expense of having to purchase or find a partner. Please reach out if interested and for more info.
