Hi Everyone:
After landing last week my "Door Unlocked" CAS went off. All the doors were closed and the nose baggage doors were locked. Checked everything and didn't find any open doors. Exchanged few text with Diamond maintenance, they suggested to check the baggage doors, which I did. The problem is intermittent and specially in rough air it comes and goes and is very annoying. Does anyone know if there is any circuit breakers for the door warning or have any suggestions what to do. The plane will be going in for its 100hr inspection in two weeks and they will most likely fix it. But meanwhile it is very annoying. Anyone? And smarty pants comments won't help with this one.
Thanks Perry
Door Unlocked

Re: Door Unlocked
I don't think any of circuit breakers is a problem. It's probably related to a one of the door/compartment sensors. I had a problem with failed sensor on rear door last year and it was resolved by replacing it with new one. Until the inspection just be sure to close everything and turn off notification once it start beeping.Daneshgari wrote:Does anyone know if there is any circuit breakers for the door warning or have any suggestions what to do. Re: Door Unlocked
I had the same problem once, although it was intermittent, (not on every flight), it was resolve by adjusting the sensor (i think it is a micro switch) on the back door.

Re: Door Unlocked
I had a sensor that was getting clobbered by some loose items in the nose luggage. Securing things and fiddling with it stopped the problem.

Re: Door Unlocked
Hello All :
On the issue of door open warning. At the 100 hr. inspection they found a short on the sensor wire of the right nose compartment door. They replaced the wire and the problem was gone.
Thanks
