I want to buy a transfilling hose to fill oxygen by myself and I can't find any info on fittings so I can't place the order. I sent an e-mail to Aerox with picture attached and they replied "That looks like a PB3" but I still don't know if it is PB3 or something else. Can somebody confirm what exactly I have to order?

The refill fitting you need is definitely the PB3. This is what it looks like, along with the uncovered fill valve:
