Although I cannot update you based on my experience with the av gas vs diesel, I can tell you without question we love, love, love the diesel. Who would have thought it would be quieter, shake less, be very simple to use, and just better overall in our opinion. AC works great now with the jet shades, and the fuel economy is incredible. What's not to love about this? Looking forward to the 50 diesel version in a few years..maybe. More speed would be the only thing we would like.
