Hello,
I have a question (again ) about my engine, because I'm trying to understand why I have a little bit more metal that I should have in my oil analysis.
Blackstone is only a bit concerned and ask me to inspect for glazing.
Saavy advise me to change my oil (aeroshell 5W50) to a mineral oil again and make 10 hours "hard" on the engine.
As my engine is only 150 hours SMOH, I guess that they are thinking about a bad break-in or a glazing, or both!
But do you know what are the symptom of the glazing? Is it visible with a Boroscope when you are not an engine specialist?
Thank you for your help.
Arnaud.
