I can't say it removed scratches, but I use Plexus glass cleaner. One thing I'm careful to do is use a new (or cleaned) microfiber cloth, and to use water to rinse off any dust or dirt if the plane has been sitting for a while. My gf laughs at me, but I use blue cloths for the body and yellow cloths for the canopy and windows. I also try to clean from the inside before using the same cloth on the outside. I've only used Sprayway Glass Cleaner Aerosol a few times, but it supposedly will form foam so that it lifts dust off the screen before you wipe it. Most importantly, don't be wearing any abrasive clothing, watches, belts or other "scratchies" when leaning over the canopy washing it. I almost made that mistake once.
