Hello!
Just one short question.
On your check list, we have the 2 following items:
-Alternate Air
&
-Alternate Static
Are you checking if they are in the right position only (pushed), or are you changing their position, if yes, at what step, and what are your checking?
-Engine RPM for alternate air? If yes, at what RPM are you checking?
-What to check for alternate static, I don't think that the QNH will change in such a short time?

I do not operate alternate air with the engine running. It bypasses the air filter and I live in a really dusty environment. I just check it's closed.
