Saying goodbye to C-FRZA...

Post by Star57 »

:( :P there is a saying that the best day of a plane owners life is when he buys it, and the day he sells it, we have accepted an offer, and our DA40 C-FRZA is moving down south, to Washington state, no Trump comments please  .
This site may be monitored by the Canadian Secret Services.
This AC being a 2005 40:509 was alwayes registered as a Canadian plane, I took it to Phoenix a few times and that's as far as it went .
That leaves 3 pilots in Calgary without a plane, we originally planned and agreed to buy a Col400, those plans are coming under some pressure, one of the partners is thinking of a Bonanza, in moments of weakness I think about a DA42, but when I think how DAI looks after their clients makes me re think.
I will stay on this site, and visit from time to time, there is some nice people here.

I hear you. I too am looking to upgrade my DA40 which has been by far the best plane I have owned thus far. As I look to retire and travel more I'm wanting to move into something with FIKI, oxygen and a must for my lovely wife...A/C. If you are interested in a 42 Aviation Unlimited just took a trade in that has 208 hours and has 2 new diesel engines on it and FIKI.

I have a client that told me about C-FIMO, Great Lakes has one with zero time engines for 380k asking price, I think that we will go the Columbia route...
