Re: Brake pads
Brake linings are Cleveland 66-106
O-ring is Cleveland 101-05200 (AN6230B-2)
Available from Aircraft Spruce.

Re: Brake pads
Attached see two pages extracted from the DA-40 Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC), that should provide the information you need. These parts are available from Aircraft Spruce, among others - so there is no requirement to purchase them from Diamond.

Re: Brake pads
Not sure about the discrepancy in part numbers. You can check the IPC online - it's interactive, but I have noted some discrepancies in the past using it.
Brake system hydraulic fluid is MIL-H-5606A. See attached screen capture from the replenishing section of the Approved Maintenance Manual (also available online).

Re: Brake pads
Different manufacturers. The #066-14100 is Rapco, the 66-106 is made by Cleveland. I believe that they are equivalent. I have replaced mine twice with the Cleveland PN, no problems.

Re: Brake pads
Any clarification on the required pads? The 066-14100 and 66-106 are indeed different parts, Cleveland makes both, different appearance and different price. The IPC and cleveland app chart show the 066-14100.

Re: Brake pads
14100 is what I've always used, as recently as this year. They're so ubiquitous many shops keep them in stock.
2002 DA40-180: MT, PowerFlow, 530W/430W, KAP140, ext. baggage, 1090 ES out, 2646 MTOW, 40gal., Surefly, Flightstream 210, Orion 600 LED, XeVision, Aspen E5

Re: Brake pads
The parts I have used are Pads 066-14100, O-ring MS28775-224, and don't forget that you'll also need the six rivets 105-00200 and a rivet removal/install tool to remove the old pads and replace the new ones. I have a Rapco RA825, also available from Aircraft Spruce, https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/ ... oBrake.php
You may not need the O-ring if you're replacing the brake pads before the current ones have worn to the point that the piston has allowed the existing O-ring has come out of the cylinder. If you have leaking brake fluid you should be prepared to replace the fluid and bleed the brake line. When you replace the pressure plate don't forget to apply some anti seize grease on the tubes, and don't forget to safety wire the two bolts.
You might wish to look at the following two threads,
