Hey folks, I know this is an old thread but an important one.
I've been reading this forum for years and its helped me with all sorts of problems, so I am glad to finally be able to contribute.
After Diamond gave me the same answer about upgrading the whole system about burnt out LEDs, I did some sleuthing...
P/N for green LED segment is L206CG6-6VF
P/N for yellow LED segment is L206CY6-6VF
I have replaced 6 or 8 of these over the years in the fleet I take care of, mostly new-to-us airplanes that the previous owners could not find a solution for.
Just solder off the old ones and solder on the new ones. Re-using the black standoff, the board is printed in such a way as you can tell the polarity/orientation the new ones need to be.
Its important to note that a half burnt out, or completely INOP light will not cause a system malfunction. However, a malfunction of the switch that controls the light will. I enjoy troubleshooting these systems, but 98% of the time its a microswitch.

Re: Flap control module lamps
Thanks, that is really good info. I resorted to regular panel mount LEDs. Could you suggest a supplier? I did a quick Google and it didn't come up with anything useful.

Re: Flap control module lamps
I think we got them from "LEDtronics", it was several years ago. We had to call them and they found them for us, not something we could buy online at the time.

Yes, LEDTronics.

I emailed them, waiting for a response. I could not find it anywhere else.

Re: Flap control module lamps
We found the LEDs at an FBO in New Zealand:

However, we ordered the LED and replaced it, but there was no change, the LED still does not work when the switch is in the landing position. The flaps work, but the light does not come on. Not sure what we will do next, maybe make the whole change to the flap assembly.

Have you checked the micro switch mounted on the actuator or the wiring to the switch? The landing position switch is S5 which is the LH FWD one.

Re: Flap control module lamps
Good news: LEDTronics still has some of these indicator LEDs for sale.
Bad news: you have to order a lot of them.
Good news: I did that, so if you want a few at $10/e please reach out. Lima uniform kilo echo - at - lukepalmer.net
