DA40 Airspace Violations at Sacramento
Looks like someone in a DA40 broke a few rules today near Sacramento, busting KSMF, KSAC and KMHR airspaces all without talking to anyone. He eventually set down at KGOO after being chased by a couple of police helicopters, but somehow managed to evade the officer on the ground who arrived at the airport (they couldn't find the plane or the pilot!?).
Here is a link to the audio at LiveATC, and a link to the flight log at FlightAware. The tail number was N505WT - looks like it used to be owned by a DAN member, but not anymore.
I wonder how that phone call went...

Alpine Aviation at KGOO is a Diamond Service Center. The flight history suggests it is hangared at KGOO. I'm sure Alpine knows the plane.

This is ridiculous.
I really don't like he flew over the residential areas at very low altitude (~500ft) after 9pm.

Yes. Looks like he did a low pass of runway 15 at KLHM (Lincoln), then stayed under 1,000' at night for the next half an hour over the Sacramento metro area.

Perhaps alcohol was involved.
