Owners with sliding hangar doors are familiar with the technique of dropping scrap wood boards in the hangar door tracks in order to ease the dragging of their aircraft in and out. My hanger is quite old, and the asphalt in front has developed a significant dip that creates the need for additional spacer boards outside of the door tracks. Dragging 12 boards in and out every time I moved the aircraft in and out was more of a chore than I was willing to repeat, so I spent 20 minutes cobbling together scrap wood and spare HVAC strapping with staples for a solution that's been saving me a little time and aggravation:
What used to be an uncomfortable running start to get the beast up to the top of the tracks is no longer necessary. I can now gently and more controllably ease it up. Placing and removing the 3 assemblies is also much quicker and easier than carefully placing 12 boards.

Re: Spacer Boards for Hangar Door Tracks
Nice solution. I did the exercise with the boards many times when I had a sliding door hangar and a DA20.
