Not really, if you damage your cylinder head by ignoring coolant warnings, they have every right to deny the warranty.

Hot coolant causes issues, if the head doesn’t overheat, how’s it going to be damaged? And the coolant shouldn’t have leaked in the first place - already a warranty item.
