Re: New DA62 On the Way!
I purchased a 2018 DA62 in July. (I take delivery of it in the next week or so.) The price at that point was just about at par with the new ones. The premium was worth it to skip the two-year wait.
The highest art form of all is a human being in control of himself and his airplane in flight, urging the spirit of a machine to match his own. -- Richard Bach

Re: New DA62 On the Way!
Congratulations Michael.
I've also ordered my first ever aeroplane for delivery in Q3 2022. I have recently flown an older DA40 for five or six hours and went "solo" for the first time in nearly 45 years! I've always been on multi-crewed aeroplanes. Mine will be the first DA62 in New Zealand so should get a bit of attention. I have never been in one (or any light twin for that matter) so I hope they are as good as they look on YouTube. I've ordered a five seat version with a good spec for IFR but haven't decided how I'll use it yet? Either way - very exciting. Thanks for having me in the community - I have been learning a lot from reading through the back comments. Cheers Mark

Re: New DA62 On the Way!
Congratulations Marko. I have the only DA62 in Australia at the moment - another 2 on the way I believe. Great to have some more "company" in our part of the world.
