Re: Air Conditioner Out
There are quite a few relays and things in there.
First thing I would suggest is to try run it on ground power. That will help to determine if it is the A/C unit or a power issue.

Re: Air Conditioner Out
Start by looking to see if the Power Status LED on the control panel is illuminated when AUX POWER switch is ON -- if not, check the circuit breaker for the 3rd alternator or try ground power.
If you remove the rear cabin wall/baggage compartment rear cover to access the A/C unit, there are 5 circuit breakers that you might want to check.
Otherwise you may have experienced a refrigerant leak somewhere that will likely require removal of the entire A/C unit in the back to investigate. I had this happen on my DA42-VI RACC II system, which I believe is still the same A/C model installed in DA62s.

Re: Air Conditioner Out
It is also possible that the 3rd alternator field excitation batteries are dead and need replacement (This happened on my DA42-VI.) If so, you will not see the power status LED on the control panel illuminate.
No idea where they are located. Could not find them in the IPC for the DA62. Also not documented for the DA42, so we tore the aircraft apart until we finally located them beneath the left rear seat.
