I couldn't watch the whole thing with the guy not wearing a mask. That's Florida.

Re: Steveo Kinevo Flys the DA62
Nice video but I was somewhat distracted by the camera angle to the back seat.....
I do like the Florida stall drill that includes a "Whooo Hooo"
PS - I won't be doing inflight shutdowns. Gearboxes are $10 - 12K!

I like Julia being super-interested in flight and playing with her mobile

And "Yes, we're shaking like a leaf!" in the stall checklist before unloading the wings.

Was there a plane in that video?
Seriously, I was surprised by the instructor doing the run-ups for left and right engine separately. It's much easier and more efficient to push both black buttons simultaneously. It also keeps the plane from yawing if you hold the brakes with your feet.

Re: Steveo Kinevo Flys the DA62
That shoulder belt looked very uncomfortable...
Two questions though:
1) No guards over the engine master swtiches?
2) No wet compass?

No, because they have to be pulled to operate - so that should be enough protection against involuntary operation.
