Price of 12 years inspection

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a DA42 and this specific airplane I'm looking at needs to undergo a 12 year (first major in structural) inspection. Does anybody knows how much it cost to do this inspection?

I need this number for my budget.

This is the first I heard of this inspection. Do you know whats involved?

This inspection is according to EASA (6000 hours (MSI) or 12 years)
