Caribbean Revisited - Part 1 - RNAV into Turks & Caicos
In January 2020 two best buds and I experienced -- in real life (imagine that!) -- a glorious flying adventure to the Caribbean. Now in the age of COVID I feel a yearning to revisit that adventure. In Part 1 of this series we’ll compare shooting the RNAV approach into the Turks & Caicos -- as it actually occurred IRL, and recreated on a home simulator. This video captures every button push and knob twist for flying the RNAV 10 at MBPV on a G1000/Perspective.

Arthur, thanks for the kind words. I'd certainly prefer to be flying IRL in my DA40, but while I'm waiting for my new prop (backordered 2 months) I'll be content flying with friends (including in a Cirrus ) and also flying the sim (I find the TorqueSim SR22TN one of the best aircraft on X-Plane).
All the best,
Wayne
