Wolfgang: I've been thoroughly enjoying watching your videos and following your progress around the world; please keep posting them on YouTube.
I'll be curious to see what route you choose to cross the vast distances of the Pacific back to Nassau.

Hello Dave, thanks for your loyal following! Pacific are short 2-3 hour hops all the way to NTGJ Mangareva/Fr. Polynesia. From there 8hs to Easter Island, and 11hs to SCIE, Chilean mainland!

I was taking a look of the various airports. Where do you get fuel? In many cases the AIP says "TRO (air tahiti)" in the Fuel section of the AIP. Do you just fill the transfer tanks to the max and fly around, or is there jet available on the island airports?

Wolfgang- Really enjoy your video's. Unfortunately your latest one from Darwin to NZ won't play (at least in the U.S.). There's a message saying its because of some of the content.

Yeah, so sorry, there was a tune playing in the background while we approached Lord Howe, and it told me it would therefore block the whole video in only one country, namely the US. Try to see it when you're abroad next time .... (it would be 3-4 hours of work repairing it, while not having the original cabin audio any more)

Or you could just buy the rights to the song! Thanks for the explanation.

That has been lovely to watch, being portuguese was great to hear the national anthem and some fado when you were over Portugal, and I'm also amazed your language skills (Portuguese, Spanish, French, Russian) which is an important asset when dealing with different ATCs.
This trip is indeed a bucket list item that I wish I could achieve.
I noticed over Russia you didn't use the G1000 feature that allows you to use meters instead of feet on the altimeter.
One curiosity, ins't bathroom an issue?

Obrigado pelos comentarios, Luis. You're right, in Russia I could have changed to Metric at each approach, and back to ft for cruise (above transition height measures are in ft QNH!), but I opted not to get distracted at a crucial moment of my approaches, just passing the transition height, fumbling around in the settings, and then possibly getting something wrong. After 2-3 approaches, I kind of knew the metric conversion by heart (times 3 plus 9.3%, rounded to next 100ft).
Bathroom, most flights were under 3 hours, most closer to 2 hours, no problems there. For the few longer ones, we have male and female plastic bottles on board, and a light towel as visual shield.... (sorry, that's not on the videos ;-)

After watching the video to Dili (very educative as few people know portuguese is the official language there) I noted your brazilian accent and the emotion on your last report to the ATC before entering Aussy airspace, I am sure people in Timor Leste were also positively surprise to hear Camões language from a foreigner. For a small country the language is spread (and spoken officially) around the 5 continents and I am proud of it.
Thanks for the explanation about the altitudes in Russia, your approach to the that was conscious and shows a wise judgment... point taken and lesson learned!
Another curiosity, how about oil consumption? Is it within AFM values?
So far it seems you had no issues/malfunctions with the plane, is that correct?
Continuação de boa viagem e fico a aguardar os próximos videos.
