Will the MT prop replace an aluminum Hartzell without need for a new governor or any other parts? Your new one looks awesome - that is what I wanted but just overhauled my aluminum due to price of yours (o/h a few years ago).

While I had some issues - they were different that you experienced and once corrected all has been mainly fine. All mine related to wiring boo boos. I would expect that your shop should have covered the GTX345 issues as that should have been a part of the upgrade/install.

And the great thing about the older DA40 180 like my 2004 is that legally we can remove and replace the g1000 as it is installed under STC and is not a part of the aircraft type certificate.

I'll add that I feel my KAP 140 tracks the LPV better than the ILS.
