Just an observation regarding visibility Alan, I need to add a cushion for my DA62 which improves the visibility no end.

I heard possibly the end of the year for Phase III, everything dependent upon Transport Canada. It was the same situation with Phase II and perhaps our attention should focus rather more on bombarding Transport Canada. Thankfully, the DA50 is with the Austrian authorities.

I would say $16-18k is within the ballpark.

Diamond has a special conversion kit to replace the rear seats with a cargo bay. Control cables have to be covered plus a new W&B sheet calculated. DIY is not the answer should an incident occur and an investigation follows……

I Mount my iPad on the right pillar and my iPhone 13 Pro Max on the left pillar (see photo) for back-up, using RAM mounts, which works well. Like Colin, both are positioned right in front of the air blowers, so always stay cool.
