Re: Portable Oxygen Systems

I may try the scrip route , medicare may cover the cost of refill and tank rental. My tank is located behind the left rear pax seat. I bolted an 1/8" aluminium plate to the under side of the package cover and a tank mount o ring to the plate. the tank is mounted flat.

Re: Portable Oxygen Systems

A trip to your local welding supply shop is the way to get your tanks refilled. Inexpensive and the o2 is the same as you get at the airport for one third the price. I pay $15.00 to fill my tank.

Re: Cabin air vents suddenly not venting air in flight

Hello Robert, I do not know about the air vent. You might put a spot mirror on your nacelle
to check if your nose gear is down or if the gear doors are open. you can find the mirrors at National Aircraft Parts Association they are very inexpensive get two one for each side.

Has anyone installed sun visors in your DA 42. How expensive were the parts and how difficult was the installation.
Thank you

Check your drain hole under the belly of the airplane. I carry a chop stick for that purpose. You could also remove a seat an...
