In Europe it is the date of registration that dictates the year of manufacture but if you are happy to take a Q3 delivery then good luck.

Far better to take delivery in Q1 than Q3 as you will own a 2023 built aircraft.

I would most definitely keep the doors closed and maintain the monocoque structural integrity throughout.

I have experienced superb maintenance and service from Diamond Aircraft Industries GmbH in Frankfurt-Egelsbach EDFE. Likewise, Diamond HQ in Wiener Neustadt is also a good option.

Like Dave, I purchase 10 litre TKS containers and pour the TKS into a 2 litre jug which is then transferred using a small funnel into the TKS tank. Very easy and no spillage.
