This looks great! Would you be willing to post the .docx file so that it can be customized?

Awesome idea! I'm sure a Pilatus would work even better!

Unfortunately even the operating costs (ignoring the distracting matter of acquisition) are waaaaay outside my budget.

The question that we should be asking is....how do we get out in case of a flip over in rough terrain or water" I hadn't even considered this, but maybe one of these: http://www.amazon.com/Seatbelt-Breaker-Emergency-Escape-Tool/dp/B002AMAXNA From a review (spelling errors included): "This...

Re: DIY - Replacing Main Tire and Tube

What type of jack will work with our plane besides a standard aircraft jack that you can carry with you easily? In one of the pics it looks like a small yellow jack is somehow being used, but can't figure out where it would lift as our struts are angled and have nothing to lift under. I'd like to f...

Yes, thank you!

I suspect that even a small amount of the right lubricant would dramatically reduce wear inside the S-tubes.
FWIW, I've had great success with Dupont Teflon Multi-Use dry lubricant, which does not attract dust.
