Re: My own airplane!
Welcome to the DA20 Club, Pascal! The feeling is like none other in the world - one of the few things in the world that justifies opening the wallet so wide sometimes - worth every single penny! As for tie-down, our here in BC - I pay $65/month - available hangar space is non existent - so much dema...

Re: DA50 Safety Features?
The sad thing is... THEY COULD succeed in this segment! They have the technology to do it - but what in the heck are they sputtering for? If they are serious about being a competitor, what the heck are they screwing around with a helicopter for?! So unfortunate.... Cirrus has the marketing, and &quo...

XC - British Columbia to Sedona, Az. Advice req!
A big trip for me in my DA20, and a buddy in his Archer - flying through the interior route east of mountains. First time for me flying through this area and we are so excited! Wondering if anyone has any must see or must land places along this route through E. WA, Idaho,Utah, Nevada and Arizona?! L...

Re: Optimal landing speed
How topical - I have been struggling with similar issues over the past 6 months in my DA20 - I'm sure similar issues between the two. Thank you everyone for contributing - this is going to help me, and probably many others knowing we're not the only ones with this Diamond Landing Struggle! :thumbsup...

Re: Transition from DA20 to DA40
Now this is an interesting story! I must know more! What was the reason they installed a IO-240 in a DA40 originally? That must have been incredibly underpowered! You must have a lot of interesting stories regarding certification. The school I acquired my PPL at was one of the very first adopters of...
