Re: Charger and battery

My maintainer is connected via the approved harness to the battery relay terminal and airframe ground. Yes, it was a pain to get that cover off, but you only have to do it once... Steve- Did you use the "BM-AIK2A" kit that is shown on the Concord website? I would like to wire tie the conn...

Garmin Pilot (Android) Flight Plan Issue

I am using the Android version of GP. It seems I am unable to file "Direct" in the flight plan (using Leidos). Under "Trip Planning" and "Routing" GP won't accept "Direct". It says "The route you entered cannot be resolved by Garmin Pilot. While you can s...

Potential Radio Interference?

So...I'm thinking of hauling a 28" square outdoor expanded metal (or aluminum not sure which) patio table to FL. The top is like a wire mesh. It's packed flat in a box that I was going to load in the back. Does anyone think this will cause radio interference? It may interfere with the bluetooth...

Re: To prime or not to prime

Re: Flight Bags Saga

+1 on the Diamond Backpack. I wish these were available in the states. I had it delivered to a friend of mine in France who brought it with him when he came to visit me in the States (pre-Covid). Very nicely made backpack.

You've got me thinking, I wonder if you could pull the power off an unused jack and use it for a USB port?

Re: Maximizing Lycoming IO360 Climb Performance

The governor has never been overhauled (since I've owned it) and I don't see a record of an o/h in the logs.

My mechanic adjusted the "clocking" two splines and now I get 2690 static RPM, so that appears to have been the issue.

Thanks for your suggestions.
