Issue noticed after the annual

The pull cord does not move the collar that I suspect allows travel of the pedals with pressure when trying to adjust. When i pull on the cable it seems stretched.

Does anyone know if they service or adjust the foot pedals when doing the annual?

A friend of mine near here has a DA42 which had the old engines but upgraded to two Austros when they became available- Ladd who works with Stuart has that experience , so I will keep what you said in mind.
