Be sure and take a factory tour while you are there, if you are not already planning on it. It's well worth a few hours. Everyone I met there a couple of years ago went out of their way to answer questions and show how things are done, and I found it quite fascinating how our planes are actually fabricated and put together.

If you don't take the factory tour, you might not have the chance again. They are starting to do some work for outfits that require asset control (no eyes other than those necessary to build the items).
I am also considering buying a DA42 from them. They have two that they are about to upgrade, so you can customize what you want on them.

Re: Diamond contact in London
Hi guys, just to let you know i just came back for the Diamond aircraft factory in London, wath a great compagny, freindly guy, great hospitality, and they take care of us more thant i expected, they make us a great factory tour and compagny history, we saw the da-42 we looking for, and buying process as beeen start, but sadly during the visit we ask for an 100h inpection on my da-40 adn they find a few small thing and the rear door braket used very bad, so we have to leave the aircraft for a few day for the repair on it, and during we are there, we make some upgrade choice, so when they will be ready i will be back to pick them up..... i came out of there with a kidd smille .....
