So, back from my exchange with GAMI. Good news!

The spread above is actually very good.
We misread it and got fooled by the fact that the right hand axis is showing GPH. We checked the peak of EGT curve against this axis. This is not correct as the curves show degrees , not fuel flow!

The correct procedure is to go from the peak point of each EGT curve DOWN to the fuel flow curve and THEN go right to the FF scale to find out at which FF the peak has occurred.

Reading it like this, my engine's spread is between 0.35 and 0.4 GPH, good enough for LOP operations :)
